PALINGENESIS MANUFACTURING INC. offers custom made machines designed to process different types of municipal, industrial and commercial solid and liquid wastes into safe and beneficial cost–effective consumer products. The PALINGENESIS PROCESS produces concrete replacement products of all types ranging from hollow blocks to drainage channels, from pre-fabricated wall panels to curb stones or acoustic panels. From biodegradable wastes, we can also make a variety of agricultural products as well as energy pellets for consumer or industrial use. The machines range in size from 50 tonnes to 600 tonnes per 8 hour day of processing capability.  The price of the systems varies depending upon size and waste stream specification. Delivery times may also vary depending on plant requirements, size and production schedules.

Hollow Block Construction

Our machines are capable of shredding and screening wastes at a rate of a minimum of 3,000 kg per hour up to 9,000 kg per hour, per module when operated continuously. Our custom built molding machines are capable of producing approximately 22,000 British Standard in 8-hour of continuous operation per day).
